Users must use RevGrow only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of RevGrow does not violate any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Users must obtain all necessary permissions or consent before sending promotional, transactional, or automated communications to customers through RevGrow. Users must not use RevGrow to contact individuals who have not provided appropriate permission where such permission is required.
RevGrow must not be used to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, misleading communications, or repeated unwanted messages. Users should respect customer preferences and promptly honor valid opt-out or unsubscribe requests.
Users must comply with applicable WhatsApp, Meta, payment provider, and other third-party platform terms, policies, and messaging requirements when using RevGrow integrations. RevGrow does not permit users to use its services to bypass or circumvent third-party platform restrictions.
Users must not use RevGrow for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, illegal, harmful, or discriminatory activities. The platform must not be used to distribute malware, phishing content, scams, or other content intended to harm users or systems.
Users are responsible for collecting, storing, and processing customer information lawfully. Personal information, contact details, conversations, and other customer data must be handled securely and only for legitimate business purposes.
Users must keep their RevGrow account credentials, API keys, integrations, and other access information secure. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and must promptly notify RevGrow of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
RevGrow’s automation features must be used responsibly. Users should configure automated messages accurately and ensure that automated communications do not create misleading representations, excessive messaging, or poor customer experiences.
Users must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to RevGrow or its infrastructure. Activities that negatively affect the security, availability, performance, or integrity of the platform are prohibited.
RevGrow may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, customers, third parties, or comply with applicable requirements.
