This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) explains how RevGrow processes personal data on behalf of its business customers (“Customer”) when using RevGrow’s software, automation tools, integrations, and related services. This DPA forms part of the agreement between RevGrow and the Customer.
The customer generally determines why and how customer or lead data is processed, while RevGrow processes such information to provide its services. Each party is responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws and fulfilling its respective obligations.
Depending on how the customer uses RevGrow, processed information may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, business details, lead information, customer enquiries, communication records, and other information submitted through connected services or integrations.
RevGrow processes personal data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support its services, including lead management, communication automation, customer interactions, analytics, notifications, and other features requested by the customer.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis to collect and provide personal data to RevGrow. Customers must also ensure that their use of RevGrow complies with applicable privacy, messaging, marketing, and communication requirements.
RevGrow will take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Access to customer data should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes.
RevGrow may use trusted third-party service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, payments, integrations, or other services. Where applicable, such providers may process personal data only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements.
If RevGrow becomes aware of a security incident affecting Customer personal data, RevGrow will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, and mitigate the incident and, where legally required, notify the affected Customer within a reasonable period.
RevGrow will retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, meet contractual requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. Subject to applicable law and technical limitations, the customer may request deletion or return of data following termination of the services.
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data-protection requirements. This DPA may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in RevGrow’s services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.
